Sweet Potato Bake

Sweet Potato Bake

Ingredients

Grain

  • 8 oz cooked sweet potato

Fruit

  • 1 small banana mashed
  • 1 apple peeled and chopped

Protein

  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 oz flaxseeds
  • 2 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 oz walnuts

Condiments & Spices

  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Mash the sweet potato together with the banana, egg, almond milk, flax seeds, and spices. Fold in the apples.
  • Top with the walnuts, and give it another sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes, or until nicely browned.

Notes for Bright Line Eaters
  • Divide the finished batch into two portions. Each portion makes a complete weight loss BLE breakfast.
