We all have stretches of heavier eating, holidays, vacations, wintertime, etc. This is perfectly normal and healthy! However, sometimes it can feel good to lighten up our meals and our bodies after a period of heavier eating, to restore balance and energize the mind and body. This plan is full of delicious satisfying meals that are on the lighter side without feeling restrictive.
