Watermelon, Berry & Mint Salad

Fresh squeezed lime juice
Fresh mint, chopped
Gently toss and serve!
For some interesting variations on this salad, try thinly sliced red onions, cucumbers, or avocado. If you eat dairy, feta cheese is a delicious addition as well.
Keeps well for a day or so in the fridge.
