Warm Cabbage Salad

  • Green cabbage, shredded a large handful or two
  • Onion, sliced a small handful
  • 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper


  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the cabbage and onions in the oil for 5-10 minutes, until soft and yummy. Salt and pepper to taste.
